blooms throughout the year. The Orchidheights Orchid-A-Month Plan is
designed to give participants a variety of orchids to insure year around
enjoyment.
The orchid family is the largest plant family in the world with over
25,000 identified species and countless hybrids. Blooms range from the
large purple corsage orchids that come to mind when the word orchid is
mentioned to specimens so small that a magnifying glass is needed for
viewing. Colors of every hue grace the orchid kingdom.
How You Can Start
To begin your unique collection of orchid plants, we will send you
each month a healthy, potted, blooming-size orchid plant with
instructions for growing that specific plant. All will be named and most
will be in spike or bud to bloom within a few weeks. Included with the
first shipment will be one pound of fertilizer at no extra cost, our
thank you gift to you for trying our orchids.
Packaging and Shipping
Each orchid plant shipped in the Orchid-A-Month Plan is carefully
packaged to arrive as fresh as when it left our greenhouses. Plants are
shipped via priority mail (air mail) from our greenhouses here in North
Carolina.
In Addition
Included with your first orchid plant will be a copy of our own
proven instructions for orchid growing. These instructions give the
basic requirements for growing orchids in the home or greenhouse and
have introduced many to this fascinating hobby. In addition, we will
include a pound of the same type fertilizer we use in our own growing
operation. Both the fertilizer and the growing instructions are
absolutely free.
Satisfaction Guaranteed
If you are unhappy in any way with a plant you receive from OWENS
ORCHIDS, you may simply return it within two weeks and owe nothing. Your
postage will be refunded. When you participate in our plan, you may
receive as many or as few plants as you wish. You may cancel at any
time. Plants are chosen specifically to grow in your location.
What Does It Cost?
Participants in the Orchidheights Orchid-A-Month Plan pay $26.95 plus
$8.00 shipping/handling (Total of $34.95). We accept VISA, MASTERCARD,
AMERICAN EXPRESS, DISCOVER, Checks and Money Orders. Remember, the first
shipment will include a pound of fertilizer and the growing instructions
which are yours to keep regardless of your decision to continue in the
plan or not. If you are not satisfied, just return the plant and keep
the fertilizer and growing instructions.
