Terms of Sale, Quantity Discounts and
Ordering Information
You may place your order by mail, phone, fax, or
e-mail.

This list cancels all previous quotations. All sales
subject to availability. Prices quoted are in $US.
1. Plants will be shipped bare root** via U.S. Postal Service
- Priority Mail to US Zip Code areas only. There will be a 15%
shipping and handling fee, with a $15 minimum.
**For IN POT shipping, please add $2.00 per plant
additional shipping/handling fee.

3. Quantity discounts:
Note: Discounts do not apply to plants from the Cattleya
Connoisseur List
5% discount on orders of $200.00 to $399.00
10% discount on orders of $400.00 to $1,499.00
20% discount on orders of $1,500 to $4,999.00
30% discount on orders of over $5,000.00
4. Payment in U.S. dollars with order please. We accept
American Express, MasterCard, Discover, and Visa. Include your
credit card number, expiration date, and the name as it appears on
the card when using a charge card.
5. Please give a safe shipping date if you place your order
during cold weather. We will reserve plants until the weather is
appropriate.
6. We give no guarantee, either written or implied, as to the
productivity of the stock offered and our liability under all
circumstances is limited to the purchase price of the plants.
7. Please suggest substitute plants as an alternative in the
event we are sold out of your first choices.
